Benefits

At Infinity, we offer a competitive package of benefits. All regular, full-time citizen-owners (employees) are eligible on the first day of employment for each plan, unless otherwise specified. Citizen-owners working 30 or more hours per week are considered full-time.

HEALTH AND LIFE INSURANCE

Health Insurance
Infinity offers a comprehensive healthcare plan to suit your individual needs. On the first day of work, you may elect individual or family coverage through either Blue Cross/Blue Shield HMO Blue or Blue Care Elect Preferred (PPO).

Dental Insurance
Infinity offers a comprehensive dental plan. On the first day of work, you may elect individual or family coverage through Delta Dental's Dental Preferred Option plan.

Life and Other Insurance
In addition to health benefits, Infinity provides basic life, accidental death and dismemberment, and short- and long-term disability insurance. Supplemental life insurance is also available through payroll deductions.

FINANCIAL / SAVINGS

401(k) Contributions
Infinity offers the opportunity to contribute on a pre-tax basis to the Infinity
401(k) plan which offers multiple investment options. Infinity will contribute $.50 for each $1.00 that you contribute up to 6% of your salary, subject to statutory caps. The company match is in fully-vested Infinity stock.

Pre-Tax Flexible Spending Accounts
You may elect to participate in Health Care and/or Dependent Care Reimbursement Flexible Spending Account(s). These programs are tax savings vehicles to pay for eligible child care and medical expenses not covered elsewhere.

Contingent Compensation
In addition to your salary and benefits, you may be eligible to par­ticipate in the Infinity contingent compensation program. This program may result in a cash bonus, depending on your and Infinity’s achievements of goals and objectives, as well as overall business conditions.

Stock Options
Infinity believes in sharing the success of the company with those who help create that success. As part of your overall compensation package, you will be granted stock options, as competitive as any in the industry.

First Time Homebuyer Assistance Program
Infinity offers a First Time Homebuyer Assistance Program to help with the purchase of your first primary residence.

WORK AND LIFE

Life-Balance Support Program
Infinity provides access to programs that help address life’s daily challenges, including workplace stress, parenting issues, education, aging, and financial and legal advice. This is a confidential service.

Fitness Room Access
Infinity offers access to the fitness room and pool located within the neighboring Marriott Courtyard Hotel. This work-life balance benefit is provided at no cost to Citzen Owners. 

Tuition Reimbursement Program
Infinity will reimburse 85% of the direct course expenses (tuition, fees, and books) up to a maximum of $4,000 per calendar year. 

Citizen-Owner Referral Policy
You will be granted a referral award of up to $1,500 if you refer some­one who is hired for a full-time position.

Transportation and Parking Assistance
Infinity offers transportation and parking assis­tance. Depend­ing on your commuting needs, you can choose one of two options. (1) MBTA passes are provided free of charge or (2) parking may be available (the cost of parking, deducted via pre-tax payroll deductions, is on a sliding scale based on your salary).

PAID TIME OFF

Vacation
Infinity offers 15 paid vacation days per calendar year, which accrue monthly. Vacation accrual begins on the first day of employment.

Holidays
Once hired, you are immediately eligible for 12 scheduled paid holidays per calendar year. A schedule of the exact dates is distributed each year.

Parental Leave
Infinity offers a generous parental leave policy. Primary caregivers are eligible for ten weeks of paid leave at their regular rate of pay and four weeks of unpaid leave. Secondary caregivers are eligible for two weeks of paid leave at their regular rate of pay.

Paid Sabbatical Leave
After five years of regular full-time employment, you may be eligible for a four-week paid sabbatical. This sabbatical is exclusive of any other Infinity paid time-off benefit.
